Koi Account Deletion Request
If you would like to request deletion of your Koi account and associated data, email koisupport@koidatingapp.com from the email address associated with your Koi account and use the subject line: Delete My Koi Account.

In your message, include:

• the email address tied to your Koi account

• your request to delete the account

After we receive your request, we will process account deletion and remove associated data from active use, except where retention is needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, safety, abuse prevention, dispute handling, or internal recordkeeping.
